Beatbox Science is an educational platform dedicated to beatbox learning, practice, sound classification, and rhythm creation. The Service includes, but is not limited to: - The Sound Library - The Patterns Library - The Pattern Creator - Educational resources - Audio playback - User accounts - Premium subscriptions - Coaching services You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: - use the Service for illegal activities; - attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform; - reverse engineer or copy proprietary content without authorization; - redistribute Beatbox Science content without permission; - upload malicious content or software. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Some features require a Beatbox Science account. You are responsible for: - maintaining the confidentiality of your account; - ensuring the accuracy of your information; - all activities performed under your account. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Beatbox Science offers several access levels, including: - Free - Login (free registered account) - Scientist - Scientist Plus Subscription prices and included features are displayed on the Pricing page and may change in the future. Changes to subscription pricing will not affect existing subscriptions until their next renewal, unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on Beatbox Science is the exclusive property of Beatbox Science and/or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to: - sound classifications; - notation system; - educational content; - graphics; - interface design; - text; - documentation; - illustrations; - software; - database structure; - educational resources. No content may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

All official audio examples available on Beatbox Science are protected. These audio recordings are provided exclusively for educational and personal learning purposes. They may not be: - redistributed; - re-uploaded; - sold; - sampled commercially; - included in third-party applications; - used for AI training datasets; - publicly distributed without authorization. Any commercial or educational reuse requires prior written permission from Beatbox Science.

Beatbox Science respects your privacy. Depending on the features you use, we may collect information such as: - account information; - email address; - saved patterns; - subscription status; - usage analytics; - payment identifiers (processed securely through Stripe). Beatbox Science does not store your payment card information. All payment information is securely handled by Stripe. Personal data is used solely to: - provide the Service; - improve the platform; - manage subscriptions; - communicate important account information. Beatbox Science integrates third-party services including, but not limited to: - Stripe - Supabase - TidyCal Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Beatbox Science is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

We strive to keep Beatbox Science available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to: - maintenance; - updates; - technical issues; - force majeure events.

Beatbox Science is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatbox Science shall not be liable for: - indirect damages; - loss of data; - business interruption; - loss of profits; - damages resulting from misuse of the Service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Beatbox Science shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions between the parties. If no amicable resolution can be reached, the dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
